The Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum South LA Exposition Park Rose Garden
The Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum is a large outdoor sports stadium in the University Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, California at Exposition Park. I came here to see the California Science Center & had no idea- none- that this almost unbelievable rose garden was directly adjacent to the CSC & is also free. I looked out the window at the CSS and saw all theses flowers about 100 yards away. I was drawn immediately to them. Your eyes take in the beauty - to the left, to the right, roses of all different colors and sizes are blooming like crazy.
I thought I might mix it up a bit by uploading a shot that's not a flower and not a macro.
I took this shot of Husky Stadium at the University of Washington on a short walk I took last weekend. I should go back sometime at sunset.
